How It Started
I originally started this site in order to share my recommendations on where to stay in destinations around the world. After writing hotel guides for more than 130 destinations worldwide, I decided to expand Stay to Wander to encompass more travel guides, tips, and inspiration.
Here on Stay to Wander, I aim to use my extensive travel experience to help you plan your perfect trip! You can always count on getting honest opinions and helpful tips in my travel guides.
So who am I exactly? My name is Dale, and I’m a full-time traveler from New York who has visited more than 60 countries across the globe.
After working in consulting for several years and running my own business on the side, I finally quit my corporate job to travel and work for myself full-time. In addition to running Stay to Wander and several other websites, I am also a freelance travel writer. Learn more about that here.
