Marriott Mena House
I stayed at this hotel in Cairo, and I was completely obsessed with it. This was one of the most memorable hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life, and I couldn’t get over the views of the Pyramids of Giza.
Marriott Mena House offers luxurious guest rooms and amenities like a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a spa. The landscaped grounds and gardens are beautiful and provide stunning views of the pyramids, along with the restaurant, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo
Another one of the best luxury hotels with pyramid views is Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. While I did not stay at this particular hotel, I did stay at another Steigenberger hotel in Downtown Cairo at the end of my trip, and I really enjoyed it. So it’s safe to say that this is also a good option for your trip to Cairo.
This is a more affordable luxury hotel and offers great value for your money. Amenities include a swimming pool (which also has pyramid views!) and a free buffet breakfast every morning.
The St. Regis Cairo
Another one of the best luxury hotels in Cairo is the St. Regis Cairo. This hotel does not have pyramid views like the two above, but it is located in a prime location in Downtown Cairo along the Nile River.
The famed Egyptian Museum is just a five-minute walk away from this hotel. The rooms at the St. Regis Cairo are luxurious and well-appointed, and the hotel has multiple swimming pools and a fitness center.
Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor
Moving on to Luxor, Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor is one of the best luxury hotels in Egypt for an unforgettable stay. This historic hotel dates back to 1886 and has always been the most prestigious place to stay in Luxor. It’s the perfect base for exploring Karnak, Luxor Temple, and the Valley of the Kings.
This hotel is full of old-world charm and many of its tasteful guest rooms have private balconies overlooking the Nile River. Amenities include a swimming pool and complimentary breakfast.
Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa
Another one of the best hotels in Luxor is the Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa. This five-star hotel is located along the Nile River, offering spectacular views and a tranquil oasis away from the chaos of Egypt.
You’ll be able to relax and enjoy all of the amenities at this hotel, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a full-service spa. Complimentary breakfast is also included each morning during your stay.
Steigenberger Nile Palace
One more great luxury hotel in Luxor is the Steigenberger Nile Palace Luxor. This is a great option if you are looking for a hotel in Luxor at a more affordable price that still offers plenty of luxury.
The Steigenberger Nile Palace Luxor is located on the banks of the Nile River, as the name suggests. Many rooms offer riverfront views and private balconies, and there’s a swimming pool and a spa.
Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Aswan
I was absolutely enchanted by the Sofitel Legend Old Cataract in Aswan, and I think this is one of the most amazing luxury hotels in Egypt. This historic hotel has been welcoming guests since 1899.
Famously, it’s where Agatha Christie wrote her novel Death on the Nile, and you can even book her suite at the hotel! The Sofitel Legend Old Cataract is the perfect place to stay in Aswan and makes a great base for exploring the popular ancient sites nearby such as Philae Temple and Kom Ombo.
Mövenpick Resort Aswan
A more affordable luxury hotel in Aswan is Mövenpick Resort Aswan. This hotel is extremely unique because it’s on Elephantine Island in the middle of the Nile River, and it’s only accessible by boat!
This is another great place to stay in Aswan, and guests at this hotel will enjoy rooms with views of the Nile and amenities like an outdoor swimming pool and complimentary breakfast each morning.
The Oberoi Beach Resort, Sahl Hasheesh
The Oberoi Beach Resort, Sahl Hasheesh is one of the best luxury beach resorts in Egypt. Located in Hurghada, a popular resort town on the Red Sea, this is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
This five-star resort offers everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. There’s a private beach, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. Free breakfast is also offered each morning.
Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh
Finally, another one of the best Red Sea luxury hotels is Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. This hotel is located in Sharm El Sheikh, a major Red Sea resort town known for its amazing beaches.
The Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is the ultimate retreat on the Red Sea. The resort offers luxurious and comfortable rooms, five outdoor swimming pools, ten restaurants, a full-service spa, a fitness center, a kids’ club, and a dive center.
